	Cliff Allen - General Manager Cliff joined our team in 1995 in our used car department and has since contributed to every department at Allen. This broad experience has helped Cliff in his current roles as General Sales Manager and Assistant General Manager. In addition to his experience at our dealerships, Cliff is a graduate of the National Auto Dealer Association's Dealer Academy and a graduate of the Orange County Automotive Management's F&I program. 	Mary Smith - CFO/Controller Mary has worked at Allen since 1981 and has been in the automotive industry since 1975. Mary is responsible for ensuring financial records are in order and providing strategic direction to the management team and the organization. 	Jim Loynes Jr. - Director of Sales & Marketing Jim Loynes Jr. began his career in 1986 at Allen and has been a top Cadillac sales consultant, Fleet Manager since 1989 and established our Internet department in 2001. 	Paul Cummings - Service Director Paul Cummings joined the Allen Team in 1979 and has won the General Motors Master Service Manager Award for the past three years. 	Jeff Bertrand - Parts Manager Jeff began his career at Allen in 1974 while still in high school and was appointed Parts Manager in 1993.
